What?

 

“What did you say?”

Raising my voice I repeated,  “it’s a disgrace”

“Did Grace what?”   she shouted back at me in a frustrated tone.

I shook my head,  “oh nothing, it’s ok”

I decided it was time to buy the hearing aid.
